If an order is canceled after payment confirmation, it will be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Standard delivery time is 5–10 working days. Urgent delivery may be arranged if informed prior to placing the order, with additional charges depending on the delivery city. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs procedures, natural disasters, political situations, or unforeseen circumstances. Apparel Island Retail is not liable for delays beyond our control.

 

7. Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the package.
• Size exchanges are allowed only within the same article.
• No refunds are offered for payments made.
• An article may be exchanged with another article only in case of manufacturing defect or damage.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
• Items returned without tags or showing signs of use will not be accepted.
• To claim an exchange, customers must send a video of the article with tags attached via WhatsApp or Instagram DM for verification.
